How do I create an account?
You can create an account on the account page or during checkout. An email will be sent to the chosen email address to set up a password.
How do I login to my account?
You can log in to your account on the account page. To access your account, please use the email address you registered with and enter your correct password. If you cannot remember your password, click the “lost your password?” link. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@purimosupplements.com to request your login details. If you placed an order and checked out as a guest, you will not have an account, but we can create one for you.
What are the shipping options and delivery times?
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail, typically within 2 business days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
How do I track my order?
Once Royal Mail has received your order, we will add a tracking link to your order and email you. Please check your spam or junk folder.
What do I do if my order is delayed or does not arrive?
If your order has not arrived within three (3) business days, please get in touch with hello@purimosupplements.com and provide your order reference number. We will investigate and update you as quickly as possible.
What happens if I'm not home?
Most of our supplement pots will fit through your letterbox. You can receive your order while you are out. If you have placed a large order or ordered a larger pot, Royal Mail might leave your parcel with a neighbour or leave a note to collect at the local depot.
What is your return policy?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you receive the product. During this time, you can request a refund. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receiving your cancellation notice. We will refund the full price of the product, as well as any applicable delivery charges.

Are there any additional taxes or fees on my purchase?
There are no additional fees or taxes on your order. We are not currently VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT. There is a delivery fee starting at £2.80, or delivery is free for orders over £40.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you consider the received product defective, please take photos and email them to hello@purimosupplements.com. We will examine the supplied photos and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full, including any applicable delivery charges.

Is my payment information secure?
Your payment is secure; we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a security protocol that creates an encrypted connection between a web server and a browser, ensuring the secure transmission of data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal Payments, which accepts PayPal payments and most major credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Are your supplements Halal approved?
Many of our supplements are Halal approved, as indicated on the label or listing.
Are your supplements suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Many of our supplements are suitable for vegetarians or vegans, as indicated on the label or listing.
Are your supplements suitable for use during pregnancy?
Many supplements are unsuitable during pregnancy, as indicated on the label and listing. We advise purchasing a supplement, especially designed for use during pregnancy and contacting your GP (General Practitioner) before use.
Are your supplements GMP certified?
Yes, our supplements are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified. We are also registered with the FSA (Food Standards Agency) as an FBO (Food Business Operator) with Plymouth City Council.
Are your supplements suitable for children?
Most of our supplements are designed for adults, and the dosages reflect this. We plan to expand our product range to include gummy vitamins specifically for children. Our product labels and listings will indicate which supplements are suitable for children.
